My Story

I am who I am. I do not put forward pretenses nor do I pretend to be someone or something I am not. I love helping people achieve their potential and truly believe that everyone has something valuable to contribute.

I have four amazing children, each with their own unique personality and skills. I raised them while serving on active duty in the US Army and getting my education. I have always volunteered in youth programs, particularly when the programs focused on building skills, confidence, and self awareness.

In my career roles, I have always served as a mentor and coach. I consistently have those in leadership roles, peers, and junior personnel seek me out for career conversations. My favorite role is helping others discover their authentic self and learn to communicate to the world who that is through their actions, choices, and interactions.

Our goals are all attainable, the only thing we are usually missing is deliberate action.
